Terms of Service

INTRODUCTION

Science AI Studios, INC. ("Science AI Studios," the "Company," "we," "us," "our") provides its mobile application (the "app") and related services, including, but not limited to, those related to events, venues, locations and other in-person interactions (collectively, the "Service"), subject to the following Terms of Service (as amended from time to time, the "Terms of Service").

By submitting an application to Science AI Studios, creating a Science AI Studios account, RSVPing or attending an event, or otherwise using the Service in any manner whatsoever, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to, in our sole discretion, change or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service after the date any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION PROCESS

In order to gain access to the app, prospective users will be asked to complete a brief application, with accepted users being offered membership for a fee. All applications will be considered; however, we reserve complete control and sole discretion regarding who is granted membership to the app.

Upon acceptance as a member, applicants will be required to select a subscription option from among various prices and durations. Payments automatically renew until canceled. We reserve the right to raise or lower the cost of our membership subscription fees, in-app purchases and other charges at any time.

You will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account
• Keeping your information current and accurate at all times
• Exiting from your account at the end of each session
• Implementing necessary security safeguards on any device you use

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You can form a binding contract with Science AI Studios
• You are not barred from using the Service under U.S. laws
• You will comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws
• You have never been convicted of a felony
• You are not required to register as a sex offender

TERM AND TERMINATION

You may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions provided in the app.

Science AI Studios may suspend or terminate your account or access to any part of the Service without notice for any reason, including:

• Lack of use
• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Any other reason as determined by Science AI Studios

Important: Payment of all membership subscription fees and in-app purchases is final and non-refundable. Science AI Studios will not provide refunds for prepaid membership fees or unused in-app purchases.

COMMERCIAL USE

The Service is for personal use only. You may not:

• Use the Service in connection with any commercial endeavors
• Use any information obtained from the Service to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any other user without their prior explicit consent
• Use the Service as an organization, company, or business without Science AI Studios's express consent

USER INTERACTIONS; MEETINGS; EVENTS

THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER OR YOUR EXPERIENCE AT ANY IN-PERSON MEETING, EVENT OR VENUE.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others through the Service.

The Company does not conduct criminal background checks on its users or verify statements made by its users. The Company makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct, background or fitness of its users.

YOU AGREE TO TAKE ALL NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS IN ALL INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS AND IN ATTENDING ANY EVENT.
